Golf Cart Rentals at the Keystone Heights RV Resort

Lessee acknowledges receipt of the equipment identified for the use and purpose for which it was manufactured.

Lessee shall return the equipment to the office no later than the date specified above. (lessee shall contact Lessor if an extension of time is desired) or upon Lessor's demand therefore. The equipment shall be returned in the in the same condition as when it was received, ordinary wear accepted.

Lessee shall pay Lessor, upon demand, rental equipment if the equipment rates provided until the equipment is returned to Lessor. Daily rates will apply if the equipment is kept after the scheduled return date. All dates including weekends and holidays are chargeable.

Lessee shall reimburse Lessor upon demand for the loss of, or any damage to the equipment or property damage while it is rented to Lessee and for all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fee, including Lessor in collecting and amounts by Lessee hereunder or in otherwise enforcing Lessors rights hereunder.

Lessee shall identify and hold Lessor harmless from and against any and all liability, including bodily injury and property damage, arising out of the use or operation of the equipment by Lessee or anyone using or operating the same with Lessee's express or implied consent: providing, however, Lessor shall be responsible for loss or damage from Lessor's sole negligence.

Lessee shall not assign the Rental Contract or Sublease the equipment.

Lessee shall abide by all rules and regulations or Lessor governing the use of the equipment. ONLY HOLDERS OF A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER MAN OPERATE THE EQUIPMENT.

Credit Card on File will be charged if any of the Rental agreement has been breached by Lessee, with the signed consent of Lessee prior to rental, regarding any damages over and above usual wear and tear of cart.

Security deposit due upon request of rental. Security deposit will be returned to Lessee upon full inspection of returned cart. (Within 5 days of return)

Any Damage to Electric Cart chargers and cables are the full responsibility of the lessee.

Fuel tank on Gas Carts must be filled upon return or $50 flat rate fee will be applied to credit card on file.
